Any kind of work

Your work waits on someone else’s memory

How accumulated Context removes the asking — marketing that doesn’t need to interview engineering, decisions that don’t need a meeting to reconstruct.

You need to write the announcement, but only the engineer knows what actually shipped. You need the client history, but it lives in a colleague's inbox. The work itself is an hour; waiting for the person who holds the context is the rest of the week.

Why this keeps happening.

Context accumulates by default in people — in memory, in private threads, in tools only one team opens. Every cross-boundary task then requires an interview, and the person being interviewed pays too: their execution stops to serve their memory. Documentation was always the answer and almost never happened, because writing things down was extra work with no immediate payoff.

The way of working.

Context lands where work happens

Agents update SharedContext as part of finishing work — decisions, state, what changed. Writing down stops being a separate chore someone skips.

Anyone's Agent reads the same truth

A marketing session reads what engineering's sessions recorded — scoped, versioned, with confirmed decisions marked. The question is answered by the Context, not by interrupting a person.

Structured sources beat interviews

Commit logs, decision documents, and session records are enough raw material for an Agent to draft the announcement, the report, the answer — with a person confirming, not reconstructing.

How we run it

The release content for our own product — feature updates, launch articles — is drafted by Agents from the commit log and the decisions already recorded in SharedContext. Nobody interviews the developers; the developers are not interrupted. A person reviews and approves.
