INFLIKE Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates Superselfs (the "Service"), an AI-based knowledge management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Content You Provide

We collect the content you create, upload, or share through the Service, including chat messages, context items, documents, and outputs. This content is stored to provide and improve the Service for you.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and referral sources.

Device & Technical Data

We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and similar technical information to ensure compatibility and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your content through AI models to generate insights and outputs
  • Create and manage vector embeddings for knowledge retrieval
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

3. AI Services & Data Processing

Superselfs uses AI technologies to power its core features. Here is how your data is processed:

  • Large Language Models: Your content may be sent to AI models (such as Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock, and Google Gemini) to generate responses, summaries, and insights. These interactions are processed in real-time and are not stored by the model providers for training purposes.
  • Vector Embeddings: Your content is converted into mathematical vector representations using the BGE-M3 embedding model. These embeddings enable semantic search and knowledge retrieval (Gravity Search).
  • Vector Storage: Embeddings are stored in Qdrant, a vector database, to enable fast similarity search across your knowledge base.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide the Service to you. AI model providers we use (AWS Bedrock, Google AI) do not use your inputs or outputs for model training.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • AWS Bedrock: For accessing Anthropic Claude language models
  • Google AI: For accessing Gemini language models
  • Google Cloud Platform: For hosting our ML inference infrastructure

These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements with them.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You may delete individual content items (chats, contexts, outputs) at any time through the Service. Deleted content is removed from our active systems and vector stores promptly.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Secure authentication and session management
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Regular security assessments

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account
  • Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable laws.
