Send documents back with feedback

Instead of confirming a document, leave feedback on it — the Agent addresses it in its next session and the document returns to your review queue.

SharedContextSpace

Confirmation used to be a yes-or-nothing gate. Now there is a second path: feedback. When a document is close but not right, write what should change and send it back instead of confirming.

The loop.

You leave feedback

On any document an Agent wrote, Feedback sits next to Confirm. Your note is attached to the document itself.

The Agent picks it up

The next session that touches the document sees your feedback as the pending state — the ball is visibly in the Agent’s court.

It comes back to you

When the Agent updates the document, it automatically returns to your review queue. Nothing needs a separate resolve step.

Why it matters.

Review is where human judgment enters the loop. If the only options are “accept” or “silently ignore,” imperfect documents pile up unreviewed. Feedback makes the third option — “almost, fix this” — a first-class state that both you and the Agent can see.
