The self-improving company

Self-improving means people stop being the bottleneck — which requires work that Agents can read, recover, and carry forward.

Adding an Agent to an old workflow can make an individual task faster. It does not, by itself, make the organization better at remembering what happened or improving how the next task begins.

Self-improving does not mean growth on autopilot. It means people stop being the bottleneck: people decide, Agents execute, and each cycle carries its learning into the next — even in a company of one.

For Agents to participate in that company, the work must become readable to them. Decisions need a durable address. Current state must survive the conversation in which it was produced. Lessons must be discoverable by the next person or Agent that encounters the problem.

Superself provides that environment. It connects working sessions to shared, versioned Context so each session can begin from what the organization already knows and leave the next one in a better position.

SharedContext is the first capability in that environment.
